Amazing Grace Eyeglasses: Bringing clear sight and a new outlook to those in need.
About The Project
The Amazing Grace Eyeglasses Program collects, cleans, sorts, and ships donated eyeglasses to children and adults who otherwise could not afford them. Each pair is carefully labeled and matched to new owners through our mission partners overseas.
A simple pair of glasses can help a student return to class, a parent return to work, or an elder see loved ones again. Through this ministry, we offer not only clearer vision, but a reminder that every person is seen, valued, and loved.
Why It Matters
A simple pair of glasses can completely change a life. Clear vision allows a child to learn, a parent to work, and an elder to see the faces of loved ones again. Through this program, we bring both physical sight and the spiritual reminder that every person is seen and loved by God.
Amazing Grace Vision Center – Kenya
In 2026 we commissioned the Amazing Grace Vision Center in Murera, Kenya. Cyrus, our volunteer coordinator, keeps records of glasses dispensed, Bibles distributed, and lives given to Christ, and cares for the glasses inventory. At this year's medical camp, 326 pairs of spectacles were dispensed. Our goal is to send 2,000 pairs of glasses and 500 Bibles to Kenya before the end of the year to equip the new center.
